Program Overview
Started in 2018, Vietnam Management Associate (VMA) is a program to nurture and develop human potential, aiming to recruit, groom and develop future leaders for the Central Retail in Vietnam. As a Management Associate in this 2- year program, young talents will be assigned to rotate among various teams within various company functions and business units. At the same time, each MA’s program will be tailored to suit their individual skills and professional goals. Dedicated mentors always accompany, support, orient and ensure the career development journey for each MA
